Meet the Owners

Marci and Dwight Wilkinson

Hi, I’m Dwight Wilkinson and, along with my wife Marci, we are the proud owners/operators of Kiddie Academy of Montgomeryville, Kiddie Academy of Horsham, and Kiddie Academy of Hilltown. Marci and I have been married over 40 years and have four great children: Ashley, Tyler, Devin, and Zach. We previously owned three Haagen-Dazs ice cream shops. It was a very fun and rewarding business, but retail hours took away from family hours. While looking for a business that permitted us more time with our kids, we found Kiddie Academy. They have been in business for over 45 years with 300+ centers nation-wide. We want to make Kiddie Academy your child's second home where they can feel secure and nurtured while receiving a quality education. I look forward to meeting you and your family and watching your children grow, learn, build life-long friendships, and become part of our community here at Kiddie Academy!

Meet Our Team

Nikki Dillon

Director

I started with Kiddie Academy of Montgomeryville when it opened in 2003 as an assistant teacher while going to school. As I gained experience and furthered me education I worked my way up to lead teacher in various classrooms and then Director in November 2012. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Education from Temple University. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family and I am a devoted Flyers fan. I have 2 children, Emma and Mason, enrolled here. What I love most about working with children in the Early Childhood profession is the children’s eagerness to learn. It is the most amazing feeling when a child has that “ah ha” moment when learning something new. I am dedicated to my career and hope to build upon the nurturing and safe environment at Kiddie Academy. I want to continue to make our families feel like we are their family away from home.
