With over 17 years in education—13 of those dedicated to early childhood—Romaisa Amin brings deep passion and experience to her role as Center Director at Kiddie Academy. Her journey began with a love for children and a strong belief in the power of early learning. As an educator and mother of three, she understands the importance of creating a nurturing, safe, and inspiring environment for every child. Romaisa holds a Master’s degree in Economics and a Bachelor’s in Education. Her diverse roles—teacher, curriculum planner, and academic coordinator—combined with professional development, including a program from Monash University in Australia, have shaped her empathetic and collaborative leadership style.   At Kiddie Academy, Romaisa is committed to fostering an inclusive, high-quality learning experience, supporting passionate staff, and building strong partnerships with families. She firmly believes in heart-centered education and values open communication and continuous growth for both children and educators.
