Meet Our Team

Emely Tays

Academy Director
Mrs. Emely holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and graduated from Murray State University and is fluent in English and Spanish. She has years of experience in early education and behavioral therapy. She believes all children should be celebrated. Mrs. Emely loves camping, playing pickleball with her husband, and kayaking. She is most excited about creating relationships with our families and children. 

Lauren Kilburn

Assistant Director
Miss. Lauren has been in early education since 2020. She currently attends Ball State University and will graduate with a Bachelor of Science in General Studies with minors in Social Work and Family Engagement. Miss. Lauren holds her CDA credential and enjoys seeing children thrive in their learning environment. Miss. Lauren loves being outside, reading, and her family.
