Academy Director

Mrs. Saania is a passionate community builder with over seven years of experience leading dynamic teams. With an associate degree in social work, she brings a strong foundation in child development, program leadership, and educational outreach. Her career includes impactful roles such as Membership Director for the Girl Scouts—where she expanded engagement across communities—and Head of School at Guidepost Montessori, where she championed high-quality early education and family collaboration. Mrs. Saania lives in Ingalls, Indiana with her husband and their two daughters, Sohai and Anaya. She blends strategic leadership with heartfelt dedication, always striving to create positive opportunities for children and families. As she steps into her newest role, she looks forward to building strong relationships and supporting each child’s unique journey with care, creativity, and intention.
