Hello! My name is Leuaina (Le-Wine-Nah), also known as Ms. Wina, and I am honored to serve as the Enrollment Specialist at Kiddie Academy of Northwest Las Vegas. I am passionate about building meaningful connections with families and helping create a school community where every child feels welcomed, supported, and inspired to learn.   With a strong background in early childhood education and school leadership, I have served in several roles including Assistant Director, Office Manager, Performing Arts Program Coordinator, and Lead Teacher. These experiences have given me a well-rounded perspective on both the educational and operational sides of early childhood programs.   I am dedicated to supporting our educators, strengthening school systems, and ensuring families feel confident and connected from their very first interaction with our school. I believe strong schools are built through collaboration, intentional leadership, and a shared commitment to children and families.

Etola Berry

Regional Director

We are proud to announce Ms. Etola, as Regional Director for KA of Centennial Hills, KA of NW Las Vegas and KA of Henderson. Ms. Etola has been with Kiddie Academy for over two years as the accreditation specialist, focusing on high quality training and maintenance at both sites, and has been working in early childhood education for the last 30+ years. Her commitment to high quality, intentional education is obvious in all of her interactions with children, families, educators, and our community. She possesses long term goals to be a leader in early childhood education, and Kiddie Academy is eager to embark on the adventures of ECE together! Her passion aligns strongly with our values, and we look forward to continued growth alongside her. Thank you for all you do for our children, families, community, and educators.

Kylee Breeden Smith

Hello! My name is Kylee, and I am honored to be the Assistant Director at Kiddie Academy of Northwest. With 10 years of experience in early childhood education, I am dedicated to supporting teachers and inspiring young learners to reach their fullest potential. Having previously worked as a classroom teacher, I understand the importance of advocating for educators and creating an environment where both staff and children feel safe, valued, and empowered. I look forward to serving our community and hope to make a positive impact on the families and children we care for.
