Heloisa Souza

VP of Operations

Heloisa serves as the Vice President of Operations for TCF Schools Management and has been a dedicated leader in early childhood education for over 10 years. Since opening the first school in 2015, she has overseen the growth and success of multiple Kiddie Academy locations across several states.With a strong focus on operational excellence, Heloisa ensures that each academy upholds the highest standards of quality, safety, and educational care in alignment with Kiddie Academy’s guidelines. Her leadership is centered on consistency, collaboration, and a deep commitment to providing children and families with exceptional early learning experiences.

Mackensey Spicer

Regional Director

With over 20 years of experience in early childhood education, Mackensey Spicer has dedicated her career to nurturing young learners and supporting families. She began working with infants and has taught every age group, gaining a deep understanding of each stage of child development. Her leadership experience includes serving as an Early Childhood Center Director and School-Age Program Director in Kansas, as well as Director of an Early Head Start program in Missouri. Most recently, she served as a Child Care Licensing Specialist for the State of Kansas, strengthening her expertise in quality standards and compliance. A proud mom of three, Mackensey enjoys traveling to Florida to visit her oldest child. She is excited to join the Kiddie Academy family and continue providing exceptional child care to families across the Kansas City metro area.
