Cristhy Suarez is a committed daycare and Early Childhood Education professional with over nine years of experience in the Child Care Field. She holds an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration and is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing. Her passion for working with young children has shaped her into a nurturing and effective leader dedicated to providing high-quality care and education. As an Assistant Director of Kiddie Academy of Oviedo Child Care, Ms. Cristhy prioritizes the safety, well-being, and developmental growth of every child. She excels in fostering a supportive learning environment, maintaining strong communication with families, and leading staff with professionalism and empathy. Ms. Cristhy is deeply committed to making a lasting impact in the lives of children and supporting the success of both her team and the school community. She believes in leading with compassion, purpose, and excellence in every aspect of her role.

Heloisa Souza

Co-owner

Heloisa is the VP of Operations for more than 15 Kiddie Academies and she is a co-owner of Kiddie Academy of Oviedo! She has an extended background in Education, specially in Early Childhood Education. She earned her degree in 2006 in Teaching Elementary Education with a minor in School Administration. Working as a teacher since then, she decided to pursue a certification in Early Childhood EducationShe has worked as a Pre-K teacher preparing children to conquer a major milestone in their lives by graduating to Kindergarten. With so much passion for her profession and love for children, Heloisa moved to Florida to obtain this amazing opportunity of being Kiddie Academy’s director. She holds a National Administrator Credential, VPK endorsement, and Florida’s Director Credential.

Luann Rodriguez

Daycare and Preschool Director

Luann Rodriguez is a passionate and experienced child care professional with over 18 years of dedicated service in early childhood education. Since 2019, Luann has been a proud and valued member of the Kiddie Academy daycare team, where she continues to inspire young minds through nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning experiences. As a devoted mother of two, Luann understands firsthand the importance of creating a safe, supportive, and enriching environment for children to grow and thrive. Known for her warm personality, strong work ethic, and deep understanding of child development, Luann builds strong relationships with both daycare children and parents. Her commitment to excellence in childcare is reflected in her personalized approach and ongoing professional growth. Luann is always looking for improvements opportunities and loves hearing and talking to the parents, to undertand each child and family needs and make sure we provide the highest level of education possible.

Melissa Nieves

Oviedo Daycare Regional Director

Melissa Nieves is a dedicated Regional Child Care Director with over 12 years of experience in early childhood education and 7 years in management. She specializes in training teams, streamlining operations, and supporting preschool centers in delivering high-quality, nurturing learning environments. Melissa’s leadership focuses on compliance, staff development, and fostering strong relationships with families and communities.  As a mother and wife, Melissa brings a personal, compassionate perspective to her role. She understands the importance of early learning and works to ensure every child receives the care and education they deserve. Her background in child development and hands-on center management allows her to lead with empathy, efficiency, and excellence.  Melissa is passionate about mentoring educators, improving operational performance, and promoting a culture of growth and collaboration across all locations. She is committed to building strong foundations for young learners and setting her teams up for long-term success our Oviedo Daycare.

Vivian Silva

Oviedo Daycare Curriculum and Food Program Manager

Vivian da Silva brings over 25 years of experience in child care and early childhood education, combining deep knowledge of child development with a passion for nurturing young learners. She earned her bachelor’s degree in education in Brazil and holds advanced training in childcare management. Vivian is committed to creating safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environments where children can grow and thrive. As a dedicated daycare educator, mother, and wife, Vivian understands the importance of building strong relationships with both children and families. Her warm, supportive approach fosters trust and encourages lifelong learning. She believes that quality early learning lays the foundation for future success and is proud to contribute to that journey every day. Outside of her professional work, Vivian enjoys traveling and spending quality time with friends and family. Her love for culture and connection inspires her work and enriches the lives of the children and teams she supports.
