Meet the Owner

Kimberly Martin

Kimberly Martin is the Owner and Executive Director of Kiddie Academy of Coral Springs and Kiddie Academy of Plantation. She brings more than 30 years of experience in Early Childhood Education and holds a Florida Teaching Certificate in this field. Kimberly has proudly served as Owner and Director of Kiddie Academy of Coral Springs since 2019. Her professional background includes working as a lead teacher for infants through Pre-K and teaching kindergarten and first grade in Palm Beach and Broward County Schools. She is committed to providing developmentally appropriate learning experiences inspired by Jean Piaget’s theory and guided by the core values of the National Association for the Education of Young Children. Originally from Pennsylvania and a devoted Philadelphia Eagles fan, Kimberly is also a working mother of four and grandmother of seven. Her mission is to create a warm, nurturing school community for each child and every family daily.

Domonique Young is a dedicated and compassionate early childhood education professional with over three years of leadership experience as Assistant Director at Kiddie Academy of Coral Springs. She brings a strong commitment to creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children, families, and staff. Domonique is skilled in supporting teachers, building positive relationships with parents, and maintaining high standards of educational excellence. Her passion for child development and team collaboration allows her to foster a culture of growth, respect, and continuous improvement. Domonique believes that every child deserves individualized care and meaningful learning experiences, and she works diligently to ensure each classroom reflects that belief. Her leadership style is rooted in professionalism, empathy, and a genuine love for early childhood education.
