“We love how you meet our needs, the objectives you set are measurable and demonstrated with daily updates. Your facility is top notch -- clean, bright and state of the art (video cameras/tadpole messages). Your staff isn't a bunch of babysitters, they are educated in child care development. One thing I'd like to see a bit more of is emotion coaching for the staff, and an incorporation of peaceful parenting methods. “We have only been with Kiddie Academy a few months, but my child has already learned so much more in that time than with her last daycare. The teachers have worked with her to make her more independent with certain things, like cleaning up after herself and washing her hands, etc. The cameras are nice, I like being able to just see what she's up to during certain parts of the day.
