Celebrating Our New Director of the Year Winner!

We are thrilled to celebrate an incredible achievement at Kiddie Academy of Reston! Our very own Director, Ms. Jennie, has been named Kiddie Academy’s New Director of the Year, an award recognizing the highest-performing new Director across Kiddie Academy Academies nationwide!

This prestigious award honors a new Director who has demonstrated exceptional leadership in successfully leading and maintaining a thriving Academy, while making a meaningful impact in their community and establishing their Academy as a leader in early education and child care.

Since joining Kiddie Academy of Reston, Ms. Jennie has embraced the Kiddie Academy values of Integrity, Relationships, Responsibility, Curiosity, Passion, and Impact in everything she does. She leads with integrity, builds meaningful relationships with children, families, and team members, and is committed to creating an environment where everyone feels valued, supported, and inspired to grow.

Her passion for early childhood education and dedication to providing high-quality care and learning experiences have made a lasting impact on our Academy community. Through her leadership, Ms. Jennie continues to inspire our team, strengthen our relationships with families, and foster a culture of growth, connection, and excellence.
