“We love how you meet our needs, the objectives you set are measurable and demonstrated with daily updates. Your facility is top notch -- clean, bright and state of the art (video cameras/tadpole messages). Your staff isn't a bunch of babysitters, they are educated in child care development. One thing I'd like to see a bit more of is emotion coaching for the staff, and an incorporation of peaceful parenting methods.
