Rikki Iatarola

Regional Director

Rikki comes to us with over 12 years of experience in early education. Rikki has been with Kiddie Academy since 2011, beginning as a teacher in our infant room. Throughout the years, Rikki has assisted in several roles throughout our academy both in and out of the classroom. Rikki holds an Associates's degree in Early Education from Montgomery County Community College, her Bachelors's in Education from West Chester University, along with a current Pennsylvania Teaching Certificate for grades PK-4. As Regional Director of the academy, Rikki strives to provide high-quality educational care for our community. She feels that all children deserve a safe and caring environment to learn, grow, and succeed in. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her two sons, Carter and Chase. Working with children is a passion of hers and she can't wait to watch your family grow at our academy.

Michelle Soto

Regional Director

Michelle Soto has been part of our Kiddie Academy family almost since the start of our company. Michelle has been part of the Kiddie Academy family since 2011 and has over 12 years of experience working with children of all ages.  She has grown with us as a head teacher, shift supervisor, Music & More Trainer & even our Center Director. She helped our Phoenixville Academy achieve Star 4 and NAEYC accreditation.  Michelle holds an Associates degree in Early Childhood Education and graduated from Immaculata University in May 2022 with her Bachelors degree in Psychology. She is currently obtaining her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.  Michelle lives in Pottstown with her husband Felipe. Together they have four children, Haley, Felipe, and twins Avery and Maddox. Michelle also has a step daughter, Kaitlyn, and a grandson Nikko. They are amazing blessings and a true joy to their family.   Michelle truly enjoys watching children learn and grow. Given her educational background, Michelle loves helping out in the rooms and getting to know the children and families in each center. She is a believer in having the parents be involved in their child’s education. She enjoys being part of a loving, caring, positive atmosphere and strives to achieve that at each academy.

Vikki Hannahoe

Director in training

Hello, my name is Vikki Hannahoe and I am the Director in training here at Kiddie Academy of Royersford. I am a wife of 16 years and a mother to two wonderful children. I have been working in the Early Childhood Education field for over 20 years and joined the Kiddie Academy team in 2009. During my time here at Kiddie Academy I received my CDA from Northampton Community College and I will be graduating in the Spring of 2021 with my Associates Degree from Reading Area Community College. I also was recognized and won the Kiddie Academy National Teacher of the Year award in 2018. I am passionate in helping to create a learning environment where all children are welcome and also a place where children can be inspired to be themselves and evolve as an individual and also grow as a part of the Kiddie Academy family.

Diana Kuchenbrod

Assistant Director

Hi my name is Diana Kuchenbrod. I have been working in the childcare field for 26 years and have obtained my CDA. I joined Kiddie Academy in Sept. 2009. I love being a part of this family and watching each of the children learn and grow each and very day. Outside of Kiddie Academy, I enjoy watching my daughter play ice hockey.
