Kiddie Academy of Rutherford

Ronnie de Carvalho is a passionate and experienced Preschool Director with many years of proven success in managing and enhancing early childhood educational programs. She strongly believes that to successfully develop and grow, children must be surrounded by people who they will love and feel safe with, and that’s her goal in joining the Kiddie Academy in Rutherford: to provide families and their children with a safe, loving, and fun environment where not only their little ones will be challenged to learn and grow, but where families, students, and staff feel like walking into their second home. She is beyond words passionate about early childhood development and its wonders. She is always eager to walk the extra mile to train and support her team and empower our children. She enjoys spending time with her husband and little dog, traveling, baking, canvas painting, and reading.
