Kiddie Academy of Seattle at Greenwood

Debbie has dedicated 50 years to the field of early childhood education, working in every role imaginable—from teacher to Assistant Director, Director, and District Manager. For over a decade, she has been a key member of KAGS group, which operates six Kiddie Academies in the Seattle area: Mill Creek, Bothell, Kenmore, Kirkland, Bellevue and Queen Anne in Seattle. She will continue this work as we prepare to open our seventh location in Greenwood. Debbie has been instrumental in designing and implementing the high-quality programs that have become synonymous with our academies.   Debbie has also been pivotal in fostering strong relationships within the community, building deep bonds with families, children and staff. Her dedication to creating a supportive, engaging environment has earned her the trust and loyalty of those she serves. Every day, she finds joy in the unique moments children bring and is committed to being a part of their lives by teaching, guiding, and exploring with them. Her passion is to create a fun, nurturing environment that supports children in their early years, setting them up for success in all they do.

Eva has been immersed in the early childhood education field for over a decade, bringing knowledge and experience from her time in both the classroom and various management roles at KAGS Group, which operates six Kiddie Academies in the Seattle Area: Mill Creek, Bothell, Kenmore, Kirkland, Bellevue, and Queen Anne in Seattle. She is passionate about fostering meaningful relationships with children, families, and the broader community and is committed to creating inclusive and supportive environments where children can thrive.     In her current role as Special Projects Manager, Eva supports multiple locations, working on operations, marketing, and curriculum development. Eva plays a pivotal role in preparing and opening our Seattle at Greenwood location, overseeing critical pre-opening tasks like licensing, enrollment, and ensuring everything is ready for Day 1. Her deep understanding in Kiddie Academy’s program and processes will ensure that our academy is fully equipped to deliver a seamless and welcoming experience from the start.
