“Things have definitely improved and I like the way feedback is taken and issues are worked on .. the new director is awesome and she is open to hear and fix things ..The communication is improved and I am getting regular updates. The only one issue I have is reporting .. I see the reports mentioning my son ate all his breakfast even when he is late to the center .. and I know it’s not that case .. Also , would like to receive a curriculum and feedback to parents as what to focus in terms of learning in general . That would be great .. ”
