“Almost every day in the summer there is a special event (horse day, share day, ice cream day, birthday, popcorn players, splash day, etc). Sofia really looks forward to these events. Sofia also looks forward to the crafts, and constantly asks me what craft she's going to do next in school. She tells us what she learns - for example, during transportation week, she pointed out cranes, buses, trucks, etc while we were driving down the road. She talks about the nature walks she takes, and tells us what she sees along the way. Kiddie Academy keeps her busy and challenged. Other things I like - no cell phones in the classroom, it's incredibly clean, vegetarian meals, Lunch + 2 snacks, the soft surfaced playground with shade, bright cheery rooms, Sofia is greeted by name every morning, and I love the teachers. It's a community and not just a school.”
