The teachers are great with my little one along with their curriculum. The food choices. Improvement opportunities with the billing portal online can be a lot more clear, for example, having the parents be able to log in and utilize the portal itself will and can alleviate some of the billing questions for the staff as well. “I like the friendly and caring and patient teachers, clean and organized classes, effective communication between teachers and parents. My son trusted Ms. Katrina from the first week and I know that trust comes with care; she is amazing. Ms. Kim and her assistant Jackie is very agreeable, responsive, responsible and helpful. They have had helped me with all my questions and needs. My only concern is that the security cameras are not recording. I think this area needs improvements.
