Meet Our Center Director, Ms.Donna Kupiecki Donna brings over 30 years of experience in early childhood education, serving in roles from classroom teacher to center leader. Her deep knowledge, warm leadership style, and commitment to nurturing young learners help create a safe, supportive, and inspiring environment for children and families. Donna believes in hands-on learning, strong communication with parents, and empowering teachers to provide meaningful, joyful experiences each day. She is dedicated to building a positive school culture rooted in kindness, curiosity, and confidence, where every child feels valued and encouraged to grow. Outside of work, Donna is a proud Cleveland sports fan who brings that same enthusiasm, teamwork, and positive energy to our academy each day.
