Hi, I’m Sheryl Simmons, Executive Director at Kiddie Academy of Union Park. My journey in Early Childhood Education began over 20 years ago, and in that time, I’ve had the joy of leading schools from just two classrooms to bustling academies with eighteen. What hasn’t changed is my passion for creating a safe, joyful space where children can explore, learn, and thrive. I grew up in San Antonio, Texas, as part of a military family, moving often and experiencing life in many communities. Those early experiences taught me the value of adaptability, diversity, and strong relationships—values I bring into our academy every day.   At home, I’m a proud mom of two amazing kids, so I understand the trust parents place in us. My goal is simple: to partner with families, celebrate each child’s uniqueness, and make every day an opportunity for discovery and joy.
