Meet the Owners

Naylon & Derrick Larane

Naylon currently serves on the Board of Education of Roosevelt and is a member of the PTA as well as handling the day-to-day demands of parenting and managing a household. Prior to Kiddie Academy, Naylon worked as Pharmaceutical Clinical Trial Manager for Eli Lilly, with a focus in Oncology. In her free time, Naylon is a dancer and is part of Groove Merchant Drum and Dance Ensemble who performs throughout the east coast. Derrick is the Chief Operating Officer at Pocstock. Pocstock is a diversity media platform with a focus on promoting diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging through positive images, content, and stories of people of color. In his free time, Derrick enjoys spending time with his family & friends, listening to audio books, and traveling.
