Kiddie Academy of Wheaton

My name is Ashley Nykaza, and I am the Executive Director at Kiddie Academy of Wheaton. I have been in the early childhood education field for 18 years and have proudly served as a Director for the past 4 years. My journey into education began when my son was just 3 months old, as I searched for a safe and nurturing place for him; an experience that inspired my passion for early learning. My favorite part of my role is seeing children reach new milestones every single day. It is truly a privilege to watch them grow, learn, and thrive in an environment built on care, trust, and support.

My name is Janeth Hernandez-Aguirre, and I am the Director of Education at Kiddie Academy of Wheaton. I have been a Director of Education for almost two years and have been part of the Kiddie Academy family for six years, with a total of 10 years of experience in the early childhood education field. I am passionate about early learning because of how impactful the early years are on a child’s development and future growth. My favorite part of my role is working alongside our teachers to help children reach their milestones and witnessing each child’s individualized growth -even the smallest steps are worth celebrating.
