“First I have to acknowledge there has been significant improvement overall at the facility. From the creativity in the lobby layouts to the weekend events that are offered, your team deserves a lot of credit for continuing to improve. There also appears to be some improvement in the food offerings. My child was receiving pudding somewhat frequently for a while so I’m glad to see the inclusion of more fruits at snack vs highly processed foods. Lastly I would say the increased communication to parents has not gone unnoticed and is a welcomed improvement. Again, the new/extra efforts are noticed and highly appreciated from a parent perspective!!”
