Toni Espino

Head of School

Meet Our Head of School: Toni With nearly 20 years of experience in the child care industry, Toni leads our community with a passion for supportive learning. Her career began with 12 years as a lead teacher, followed by 7 years as a Director, where she honed her leadership and early childhood expertise. Toni holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Development and Management. She further specialized her skills by obtaining a Montessori Certificate from Montessori Teacher Preparation of Washington and ECE credentials in Pomona, California. Dedicated to fostering growth, Toni prioritizes collaborating with colleagues and parents to create a thriving environment. She remains a lifelong learner, committed to evolving her practice to best serve our students and school community.
