“From the first day we contacted Kiddie Academy of Allen, before it’s official opening, we were received with genuine enthusiasm for childcare and great rapport. Finding childcare for our daughter (and first child) was something we were very anxious about. We felt comforted by the passion for childcare shared by its owners, particularly Ms. Debbie. We ended up officially enrolling our daughter in a different childcare facility. The main reasons, among a few others, for the decision to initially enroll her somewhere else were the following: it was faith-based (which was also important to us) and it was in our community of Craig Ranch. I list those reasons simply to highlight that our decision to initially enroll elsewhere had absolutely nothing to do with the experience we had first meeting with the Kiddie Academy of Allen team. In fact, we felt very conflicted and contacted Ms. Debbie directly to inform her of our ultimate decision. About a year into our daughter attending the other childcare facility, an incident happened which left us very disappointed in how that facility’s owner and staff managed its childcare. It was extremely upsetting. Having to quickly find another childcare that we’d feel comfortable with transitioning our daughter to was also overwhelming. The only other childcare we had looked into was the Kiddie Academy of Allen. And, thank the Lord for that. I called them right away and, again, was received with an amazingly welcoming staff. I first spoke with Ms. Kayla. She spent a good chunk of time talking with me about my experience at the prior facility, in the most supportive way. I even broke out in tears at the whole experience when I went to turn in our paperwork for enrolling our daughter, and Ms. Cameron was so gracious to calm my nerves. Our daughter started with the Kiddie Academy of Allen the very next day. It’s now been over a year since our daughter has been attending the Kiddie Academy of Allen.
