Jennifer Montoya

Director

Hello, my name is Jennifer Montoya and I am the Director here at Kiddie Academy of Alliance. I started with Kiddie Academy as the Afternoon Supervisor in September 2017. I have 9 years of child care experience and have worked with children ranging from infants to school age. I graduated from Texas Woman's University with a Bachelors Degree in Child Development with an emphasis on child life. My future goal is to continue to graduate school where I will earn a Masters degree and work as a Child-Life Specialist helping children in health care settings.

Kayla Kilgore

Assistant Director

My name is Kayla Kilgore and I am the Assistant Director here at Kiddie Academy of Alliance. I have 6 years of childcare experience. I joined the Kiddie Academy family in May 2018 as an Assistant Teacher for 12-17 month toddlers. I also spent time as a Floater and the Assistant Teacher for School Age and the 18-23 month Toddler Room. I joined Management in August of 2019. I graduated with my BA in Biochemistry in December of 2021. In the future, I will be looking to complete my certification to pursue my aspirations in the medical field. I love volunteering and attending church; I also volunteer as a toddler room teacher there as well. I love spending time with my family, puzzling, hiking and working out. Children have always been a huge part of my life. I spent my childhood years babysitting my younger sisters and cousins. I also spent 3 years tutoring students from grades 5-12 and loved every second of it! Every child at the daycare I look at as my own! I will continue to do everything in my power to make sure our kiddos are happy, comfortable, and feel loved!

Carrie Drinkuth

PM Supervisor

My name is Carrie Drinkuth and I am the PM Supervisor at Kiddie Academy of Alliance. I joined the Kiddie Academy team in January 2022 after moving from Cincinnatti, Ohio, where I'd spent several years in early childhood education. I began as an assistant teacher in the young toddler program (12-17 months) and was promoted to the position of PM Supervisor in 2023. I've now spent time in every classroom! In my free time, I enjoy taking photos of my friends, family and pets on disposable cameras and finding new coffee shops and brunch places to enjoy. I'm a huge music lover and am always looking for the next concert I'll attend. 

Laura Franklin

Administrative Assistant

My name is Laura Franklin, and I am the Administrative Assistant here at Kiddie Academy of Alliance. I have over 15 years of childcare experience, three of which have been here at Kiddie Academy. I began working here in May 2021 as the lead teacher in the 2-year-old classroom and I have also been the lead in the pre-k classroom. I have a son who is diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and ADHD, and my passion is to help children with similar and other special needs find their place in this world and to ensure they, too, have a voice and an advocate.
