Tori, Tammi, and Dani

Our names are Tori Haddock (left), Tammi Needham (center) and Dani Finley (right) and we are the ownership team for Kiddie Academy of Alliance. We are a mother-daughter team fulfilling a dream we have had for years of working together! This dream began as a desire for us all to work together and to use our years of experience in early childhood education and building positive, productive cultures to nurture and care for what we consider the most important thing, children! When we discovered Kiddie Academy, their amazing curriculum that begins with infants and their educational philosophy that is customized to each individual child, we knew we had found our home. This dream became a reality when we acquired Kiddie Academy of Alliance in October of 2020 to continue to build on the great work by the entire team here to create a safe and nurturing environment for children. We are so excited to be a part of the amazing work at Kiddie Academy of Alliance and so thankful to be able to help care for and shape your children’s lives!
