Hello everyone! My name is Cambria Alcala, and I am absolutely thrilled to be the Director at your Kiddie Academy of Alliance! With over 13 wonderful years dedicated to early childhood education, I pour my passion into creating a safe, loving, and truly engaging play-based environment where every single child can flourish. I proudly hold two degrees—one in early child development and another in liberal studies with an emphasis on multiple subject teaching. I deeply believe in a strong partnership with our families to support every facet of a child's growth: social, emotional, and cognitive. My greatest goal is to cultivate a vibrant community overflowing with curiosity and kindness for both our amazing children and our dedicated staff. Providing high-quality care is my true passion, and I am so excited to embark on this incredible learning journey with you and your child! Tristen Robinson

AM Supervisor

Hi everyone! My name is Tristen Robinson, and I’m so excited to be part of the Kiddie Academy of Alliance team as the AM Supervisor! I have 10 years of experience working in childcare and education, with a background in early childhood education, after-school programs, and educational leadership. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of North Texas, with a minor in English, and I love creating an environment where children feel safe, supported, and excited to learn. I especially love being silly with the kiddos, making them laugh, and finding little ways to make their day brighter! Outside of work, I enjoy couponing, going on cruises with my family, and watching movies at the movie theater! I’m looking forward to getting to know all of our Kiddie Academy families and helping make each morning a fun and positive start to your child’s day!

Carrie Drinkuth

PM Supervisor

My name is Carrie Drinkuth and I am the PM Supervisor at Kiddie Academy of Alliance. I joined the Kiddie Academy team in January 2022 after moving from Cincinnatti, Ohio, where I'd spent several years in early childhood education. I began as an assistant teacher in the young toddler program (12-17 months) and was promoted to the position of PM Supervisor in 2023. I've now spent time in every classroom! In my free time, I enjoy taking photos of my friends, family and pets on disposable cameras and finding new coffee shops and brunch places to enjoy. I'm a huge music lover and am always looking for the next concert I'll attend.
