My goal is to foster a lifelong love of learning, help children develop strong self-regulation and social-emotional skills, and build trusting, positive relationships with families to support every child's growth and success.

Anita has been a dedicated member of the Kiddie Academy of Ashburn team for over 10 years. Her passion for early childhood education, strong leadership, and genuine care for children and families have made her an invaluable part of our academy. As Assistant Director, Anita supports our teachers, partners with families, and helps ensure our academy provides a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where every child can thrive. She is committed to building meaningful relationships with our families and creating a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

With a degree in Computer Science and Technology, I began my career through several software internships before discovering my passion for early childhood education. Originally from India, I have been a proud member of the Kiddie Academy of Ashburn family for over four years and currently serve as our Curriculum Coordinator. As a parent, Kiddie Academy holds a special place in my heart. My son began his journey here as a one-year-old and proudly graduated from our Pre-K program. Watching him learn and grow has given me a deep appreciation for the caring, nurturing environment we provide every day. I love making learning engaging, meaningful, and fun for every child. I am passionate about creating a warm, welcoming classroom where children feel safe to explore, build confidence, and reach their highest potential. I look forward to another wonderful year of learning and growing together!

With more than eight years of experience in early childhood education, I am passionate about helping preschoolers learn, grow, and build confidence. I earned my Child Development Associate (CDA) credential in 2017 and am committed to creating meaningful learning experiences that support each child's unique development. I enjoy building strong relationships with children and families while providing a nurturing environment where every child can thrive. I believe children learn best in a safe, welcoming, and engaging classroom filled with hands-on activities and opportunities to explore. I view every conflict or challenge that children experience as a valuable teaching moment—an opportunity to help them develop problem-solving skills, empathy, communication, and respect for others. By guiding children through these everyday experiences with patience and encouragement, I help them build the confidence and social skills they need to succeed both in the classroom and beyond.

He takes pride in preparing fresh, nutritious, and delicious meals and snacks that support our children's healthy growth and development. He enjoys knowing that the meals he prepares help fuel each child's day of learning, play, and exploration. With a caring heart and a commitment to quality, he works hard to ensure every meal is served with attention to safety, nutrition, and taste.
