Ramla holds a Master’s degree in Biochemistry and is a certified Pharmacy Technician, bringing a diverse professional background in science, business, and education. With over seven years of experience in curriculum design, instruction, and academic operations, along with successfully running her own small business, she offers strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.   Currently serving as Assistant Director at Kiddie Academy, Ramla is deeply passionate about early childhood education and is committed to creating a nurturing, engaging environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive. Her unique blend of scientific knowledge, hands-on experience, and dedication to education enables her to effectively support both students and staff with excellence and care.

Stacey Baughn-Hunt

Academy Director

    Ms. Stacey Baughn-Hunt serves as the Academy Director for Kiddie Academy of Atascocita, bringing more than 25 years of educational leadership experience. Throughout her career, she has served as a Principal, Associate Principal, Instructional Facilitator, Bilingual/ESL Coordinator, and classroom teacher across multiple Texas school districts. She is a two-time Principal of the Year recipient, recognized for building strong instructional teams and fostering meaningful community engagement. Ms. Stacey is known for coaching teachers to deliver high-quality instruction, creating warm and inclusive school cultures, and maintaining strong standards for curriculum, compliance, and safety. She holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership along with multiple Texas certifications in school leadership and Bilingual/ESL instruction. Under her leadership, Kiddie Academy of Atascocita continues to strengthen its Life Essentials® curriculum, teacher development, safety procedures, and family partnerships—ensuring every child receives a nurturing, academically rich learning experience
