As I take on my role with Kiddie Academy, I bring over 12 years of dedicated experience in early childhood education. I began my career working with infants and progressively advanced through various age groups, witnessing firsthand the incredible growth and development that occurs during these formative years. My passion for nurturing young minds and the impact of my role in their education inspired me to further my studies and specialize in Early Childhood Education.   I am thrilled to join Kiddie Academy as the Assistant Director, where I will focus on implementing the Kiddie Academy and NAEYC curriculum. In this role, I am committed to supporting our talented teachers by alleviating their planning responsibilities and conducting insightful teacher observations. My goal is to maintain and enhance the developmental outcomes for each child, ensuring they flourish in a safe and nurturing environment.

From a need to a passion — 27 years of nurturing young minds and guiding children to thrive! With over two decades teaching PreK and almost six years management experience, I love supporting our dedicated teachers and families.
