Hello, My name is Mrs. Hilal and I've been teaching since 2020. I have been at our academy since 2023 and love it! Watching the children grow and develop at this age is truly special. I believe in play and a fun learning environment that fosters kindness, sharing, and mutual respect. In my free time I enjoy yoga, books, and spending time with my family!

Hello, I'm Mrs. Vanessa and I teach private Pre-K. I have been teaching at our academy since 2019 and am happy to say this is my second home! I have two boys and a daughter that have/are attending our academy. When I am not found at the academy I am usually cooking something delicious with my husband or at sports practice with my family!

Ms. Brooklyn

Ms. Brooklyn is a central Texas native. Her hobbies include reading, painting, and all types of crafting, and spending time with her family! She has been working in childcare since 2019 with all age groups but her passion is watching babies grow in the infant room. Her love for working with children stems from having a very large family and always being around kids and assisting. She hopes to be a fun teacher in a safe space while helping babies reach their milestones.

Hello, my name is Ms. Gina! I was born and raised in Eagle Pass, TX. I have been teaching at our academy since 2021. My favorite part about teaching is being able to bond with them and help their minds grow. I have a true passion for children and teaching. In my free time you can find me cooking and spending time with my grandchildren!

Hello! My name is Ms. Julia and I am a mother of an incredible boy and I have been taking care of children since 2017! I studied psychology in Mexico and I am passionate about the cause and reasoning of child behaviors and how I can help them thrive. I hope I hope to show my culture and teach families and each child as an individual and inspire them. I have been in TX since 2021 and love this country and the crazy weather here! In my spare time reading books, walking with my baby husband who is a nurse, and trying new restaurants and cultures!

Hello my name is Margarita Piña, I was born in West Chicago Indiana, and was raised in Eagle Pass, TX. I moved to Austin TX in 2005 and I love it here. I have been in early childhood education since 2011 and I love what I do! I enjoy working with kids and everything I do I do with lots of passion. I have a twin sister and her name is Mrs. Gina  she works here too. I have 3 kids,10 grandkids and 2 great grandkids. I have 7 siblings and I enjoy when we get together, for priceless moments!

Ms. Melanie

Hello! My name is Melanie and I have been working in childcare since 2020. I am eager to accomplish my CDA in education soon! What motivates my passion for childcare is seeing their little faces brighten up when they have learned something new and  accomplished milestones! I hope to enhance my class with lots of  dancing, ASL, Spanish and leading by example. In my spare time you can find me cooking and enjoying new movies with my husband!

Autumn Fletcher

Regional Director

Autumn grew up in Lake Travis and found her passion for working with children at a young age while helping in the children's ministry at church and through babysitting. Her career began as a Preschool teacher while attending Texas State University for Early Childhood Education. Her love for teaching preschool continued to flourish for 10 years while furthering her education in child development. Since obtaining her Texas Directors License, she has been mentoring her staff as a director for 13 years. Her time both as a teacher and a director has helped shape her vision for children's education. She believes that children learn best when they are hands-on and engaged in activities and encourages her teachers to use a similar approach in their classrooms. She loves Kiddie Academy's approach of cultivating children in a well-rounded way, beyond simply focusing on academics. Outside of work Autumn loves spending time with her son and family. Together, they enjoy being outside, hiking, swimming, and connecting with her community.

Candace Rupard

Assistant Director

Candace is an Indiana native turned Texan in 2017. She has worked in childcare since 2008. She began as a teacher and eventually worked in every position within her center building and has a great respect for all roles. She has worked in childcare management for the past ten years. More specifically, Candace has been the director for a nationally accredited school serving about 200 children. She believes teaching should happen in a fun, positive, and meaningful setting and aims to add support to the teachers and children in this way. She is most passionate about creating meaningful moments and witnessing children reach their milestones with a smile on their faces.
