Kiddie Academy of Bloomingdale

Hello! I am excited to introduce myself as the owner of Kiddie Academy of Bloomingdale. I have a Master's Degree in Reading Education, a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and a National Director's Credential. Before opening this Academy, I was a public school teacher for over 10 years. My passion is working with young children and helping them develop a love for learning. I believe learning should be purposeful, hands-on and FUN. I am a full time mom of two active boys! My husband, Jon, is part owner as well. He can be seen frequently whether it's helping to fix things or serving breakfast! We enjoy giving back to our local community, and becoming proud sponsors for our local elementary schools. Picking Kiddie Academy was a very easy choice for us, because we fell in love with the curriculum! After coming from the public school system, I felt as though finding an educational child care program with an interactive and hands on curriculum was the most important thing for early learners. Our goal is to ensure that children's safety and a positive learning environment is always present.
