My name is Antonietta Villamagna, and I am an educator with over twenty years of experience in early childhood education. I am passionate about supporting young children and creating meaningful learning experiences during their most important developmental years. My work continues to inspire me and strengthen my commitment to fostering curiosity, confidence, and growth in every child. Since joining Kiddie Academy in September 2020, I have felt truly privileged to be part of the organization. In 2022, I was honored to receive the Educator of the Year Award for the Northeast Area, a recognition of my dedication and impact in the field. As Curriculum Coordinator for Kiddie Academy of Cedar Knolls, I work closely with faculty and staff to ensure high‑quality education and compassionate care across all classrooms. I believe children are our highest priority and strive to provide an enriching environment that supports both academic and personal development.

My name is Ms. Genesis, and I serve as the Operations Manager at Kiddie Academy of Cedar Knolls. I’ve been proud to be part of this community since 2021, bringing over a decade of experience supporting and nurturing children. Throughout my early years in the field, I discovered something meaningful — children shape us just as much as we shape them. My work is guided by a deep commitment to ensuring every child feels safe, valued, and understood. I strive to support our staff and build strong, trusting relationships with families, knowing how important these early years are. It is a privilege to be part of a child’s earliest experiences, and it’s a responsibility I honor every day. My hope is that every family who walks through our doors feels our dedication — because this work has changed my life as much as I hope to impact theirs.

Academy Director

As the Preschool Director at Kiddie Academy of Cedar Knolls, I bring over 15 years of experience in early childhood education and a strong commitment to supporting young learners. I hold a Master’s degree in Private School Leadership from Teachers College, which guides my approach to leading with vision, integrity, and educational excellence. I am dedicated to creating high‑quality early learning experiences that build the foundation for lifelong curiosity, confidence, and success. Throughout my career, I have partnered with educators and families to create warm, engaging, and academically rich environments where children feel safe, valued, and inspired. I believe that strong school‑home partnerships are essential to each child’s growth. At Kiddie Academy of Cedar Knolls, my goal is to ensure every child is supported and celebrated—and that families feel confident in the exceptional education their child receives.
