Hello! My name is Jill, and I am the Assistant Director at Kiddie Academy of Chatham Hills-Westfield. With a passion for early childhood education, I’ve spent many years developing a strong foundation in childcare, having worked in nearly every classroom along my journey. I hold an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from Kent State University, and my dedication to providing quality care and education has been a fulfilling part of my career. Outside of my work, I love spending time with my family, reading, and enjoying outdoor activities and family adventures. These moments allow me to create lasting memories with my loved ones.I am deeply committed to fostering a positive, engaging atmosphere where children can thrive and reach their full potential. Ms. Lauren has been in early education since 2020. She currently attends Ball State University and will graduate with a Bachelor of Science in General Studies with minors in Social Work and Family Engagement. Miss. Lauren holds her CDA credential and enjoys seeing children thrive in their learning environment. Miss. Lauren loves being outside, reading, and her family.
