Hello, We are loving Kiddie academy so far. Both my kids love to go to kiddie academy. Teachers are really doing good job of teaching, sanitization, following the regulations during COVID times. Both my kids have learnt a lot. We have been pleased so far with the care provided to our children. However, few things I would like to bring to your attention are as follows: 1. First of all, I would like to point the timings of the meals. Most of the times the meals times are not respected at their exact time. (eg: even though Lunch is 1130, the prep gets started past 1130, think the lunch should actually get started at 1130 am). Because if the kids havent had a decent breakfast and are tired/over tired. waiting for the lunch is a stretch. We think the timing for the snack which is 330 pm is also little too late. Because by the time they all wake up and wrap things up, distribute the plates etc its past 330. If the timings for the meals are respected meaning like start eating their meal at 1130 and 330 pm that would be really great. 2. Second thing is there nap/quite time is too long. We think they go to nap before 1 and wake up past 3. And I understand that every kid is different and need variable amounts of sleep based on their age. But leaving kids in the bed for that long can trigger boredom, behavioral changes and insomnia. So may be like 30 mins of concrete quite time for all, and those who dont sleep, they should be engaged in quite activities/books early on respecting other kids sleep patterns and habits as well. One thing we love is the pics and the videos that that you all take and post in the tadpoles. They are super cute to watch. Thanks for doing that! The camera system that you have in place and has made accessible to the parents is a life saver. That is really amazing!! Thank you for reading the above. Again, we have been very happy with academy over all and appreciate all steps you all have taken to make it a better and safe place. Cheers to 202 - Rucha K. on 01/05/2021
