I am so excited to be your Center Director at Kiddie Academy of Collegeville! I have my Bachelor’s Degree in Early Education and Special Education that I obtained from Gwynedd Mercy University, and plan to eventually go back to school for my Master’s Degree. I’ve been working in childcare for about 15 years, so I’ve seen it all! I’ve always had a passion for working with children. I’m a firm believer that every child is unique and deserves patience, understanding, and individualized support. My husband, Andrew, and I have been married for 5 years and have two wonderful children, Andrew and Nora, that attend Kiddie Academy as well! I am so grateful to be a part of your child’s early learning journey and look forward to building lasting relationships with your family! 

Selina Rogers

Assistant Director

Hello, families! My name is Selina Rogers, and I am excited to join the team as the Assistant Director. I have over 9 years of experience in Early Childhood Education and hold an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education. I am passionate about creating a positive and supportive environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive. I believe that strong partnerships between families and educators are essential to a child’s success, and I look forward to building those relationships with each of you. When I’m not at work, I enjoy spending time with my daughter, we love the beach, fun adventures, and making memories with family and friends. I am grateful for the opportunity to be part of your child’s journey and look forward to getting to know your family.

Lauren Lilley

Regional Director

I am so excited to introduce myself as the new Regional Director at Kiddie Academy of Collegeville and Langhorne. I have spent more than 20 years working in the early childhood education field and have had the opportunity to serve in a variety of roles throughout my career, including teaching, leadership, enrollment, operations, family engagement, and multi-site school management. Supporting children, families, and educators has always been my passion, and I truly believe that strong relationships are the foundation of every successful school community. As both an education professional and a parent, I understand how important it is to find a place where your child feels safe, loved, supported, and excited to learn each day. My goal is to help create an exceptional experience for every family while supporting our incredible teachers and staff. I look forward to getting to know you all!
