  Rizwana and Sabbir, Owners

  Meet the owners of the first Kiddie Academy in Collierville, Rizwana Harun and Sabbir Khushbu. With teaching experience for over a decade, Rizwana understands how important education is for the development of children. Knowing how important it is to provide a healthy, nurturing and stimulating environment for small children, Rizwana and Sabbir wanted a partner who would support them in this very special endeavor. Aside from bringing a validated curriculum, Kiddie Academy also offered the flexibility to localize the preschool offerings to be relevant to families around Collierville. Upon moving to Memphis in 2015, Rizwana and Sabbir sought to provide their 2-year-old son with a safe environment that would nurture their son's development. The search ultimately was extremely difficult as no pre-school seemed to be a good fit either for education or overall care. Rather than ignore this, Rizwana and Sabbir decided to begin their project to build the first Kiddie Academy in Collierville, Tennessee. Rizwana and Sabbir dreamed of providing children with a safe and loving environment where they could grow intellectually as well. With the personal mission of providing a safe environment to every child in Collierville, Rizwana and Sabbir embarked on this journey with a clear goal in mind. Kiddie Academy of Collierville is a loving, caring, nurturing place where your child will feel safe, loved, and happy. A place that embraces your children as they are, meeting their developmental needs at different stages of our curriculum, teaching them character values, and helping them socialize and meet the standards required for kindergarten. And the kicker is, all of that through play! Kiddie Academy curriculum is designed to teach kids the way they want to learn, by playing, having fun, socializing, and enjoying lots of fresh air throughout their day.
