Meet Gloria, Owner & Director of Kiddie Academy Crystal Lake!  Gloria is a passionate educator and dedicated leader with a heart for nurturing young minds. As the owner and director of Kiddie Academy of Crystal Lake, she brings years of experience in early childhood education and a genuine love for children.   A proud mother of three daughters and a grandmother to four wonderful grandchildren, Gloria understands the importance of creating a safe, loving, and engaging environment for kids. Her commitment to fostering creativity, curiosity, and kindness in every child is the foundation of Kiddie Academy’s philosophy.  When she's not busy at the center, you can find Gloria spending quality time with her family, exploring new activities with her grandkids, or working behind the scenes at the center. Her warmth and enthusiasm make Kiddie Academy of Crystal Lake a special place for families in our community!  Insider with Ms. Gloria What inspired you to want to own an early childhood center?    I've always wanted a place that I knew would provide safety for children and provide a great place for their education. Being here everyday gives me many opportunities to get to know each child and teach them little things throughout the day. I like that I can give parents peace of mind knowing that the owner is here keeping a look out for their children. This isn't just a job for me, it is my business and my passion.
