Shiny brings over 20 years of technology and delivery leadership, currently serving as Director of IT Delivery in Atlanta, where she leads enterprise programs with a focus on quality, process, and excellence. A media anchor and event organizer at heart, she brings warmth, creativity, and a natural gift for connection to everything she does. That same care and attention to detail follows her into every corner of the academy — from safety and curriculum to the everyday experience of each child and family who walks through our doors.
