Hello, my name is Jazmin Mora-Ruiz. I am so excited about this new opportunity as a Director at Kiddie Academy of Cypresswood. I have worked in the Early Childhood Education field over 12 years as a teacher, Administrator, Curriculum Coordinator, Assistant Management, Assistant Director and Center Director. I believe that any accomplishment you have to build yourself up from the bottom. I have a beautiful 11 years-old daughter that was born premature and with mild Cerebral Palsy. She is my everything and I have learned that nothing is impossible in life if you commit to your goals. I also have my loving and supportive family that we have accomplished so many goals in our lives.I love spending time with my family on road trips, on new adventures, and outdoors. Working with children is a learning experience and a new adventure everyday. As a Director my priority is to provide a high quality, loving, healthy and learning environment to every child. Being part of Early Childhood Education I have learned that promoting self-confidence, social skills, self-esteem and manners can make a difference in each child. Hello parents! My name is Juan José Sierra Gamba aka “Mr.Juan”. I am eager to take on the tasks that come with my position as Curriculum Coordinator at Kiddie Academy Cypresswood. I have worked in Early Childhood Education as a teacher before and I believe my experience in that will aid me in this new position. A little about me; I was born in Cali, Colombia but I’ve been in the US since I was 5. I have a small family which consists of my mom, sister, and pets. I graduated from Sam Houston State University in 2022 with a Bachelors of Science in Psychology w/ minors. I start my Masters in Childhood Counseling in January of 2024. My devotion for working with kids stems from my own childhood experiences and because of that I’d like to be able to make a difference in a life every single day. I love the psychological component of it all, working with kids as they navigate through life. It's amazing what you can do for children when you hold them to expectations and support them. As a male I am in a unique position to be a positive male role model in a lot of these kids lives and for that I will forever be grateful. I love seeing them succeed and reach milestones. Im looking forward to sharing my knowledge and helping each child and teacher based on their individual needs. I’m here to work with your children and to help them as they grow. I would like to teach each child about respecting each other, accepting one another, and believing in themselves. Grateful for your support!
