Meet the Owner: The Story Behind Kiddie Academy of Denver-Boulevard One

Choosing the right child care provider is one of the most important decisions a family can make. For Adam, owner of Kiddie Academy of Denver-Boulevard One, that understanding comes from personal experience as a father of three and a longtime member of the Denver community.

His journey to opening the Academy began with a simple belief: every child deserves a nurturing environment where they feel loved, supported, and inspired to learn, and every parent deserves to feel confident in their child’s care.

From Nebraska Roots to a Home in Denver

Born and raised in Lincoln, Nebraska, Adam has called Denver home since 2007. Together with his wife, Michelle, he is raising their three children, Graham, Miles, and Merritt.

As full-time working parents, Adam and Michelle understand the importance of finding a child care program that feels like an extension of the family. All three of their children attended quality franchised child care programs beginning as infants, giving them firsthand experience with the meaningful role early childhood education plays in a child’s development.

Those experiences shaped Adam’s appreciation for the educators, learning environments, and family partnerships that help children thrive during their earliest years.

The Inspiration Behind Kiddie Academy of Denver-Boulevard One

Adam’s experience as a parent ultimately inspired him to bring the same commitment to quality educational child care to his own community.

Having experienced the importance of dependable, nurturing care firsthand, he wanted to create an Academy where children could learn and grow in a supportive environment and where parents could feel connected and confident in their decision.

Located just minutes from his family’s home, Kiddie Academy of Denver-Boulevard One holds special meaning for Adam. It’s not simply a business venture, but an opportunity to support the families and community he calls home.

A Philosophy Centered on Children and Families

At the heart of Adam’s philosophy is the belief that quality early childhood education should nurture the whole child while building strong relationships with families.

His vision for Kiddie Academy of Denver-Boulevard One is to create a warm, welcoming environment where children feel safe, loved, and excited to learn. Equally important is ensuring that families feel informed, supported, and connected throughout their child’s early learning journey.

This family-centered approach reflects Adam’s own experiences navigating child care as a working parent and his understanding of the trust families place in their children’s educators.

Getting to Know Adam Beyond the Academy

Outside of his role as an Academy owner, Adam enjoys spending time with Michelle and their three children. Whether skiing, hiking, golfing, or simply enjoying the outdoors together, family remains an important part of his life.

Having lived in Denver for nearly two decades, Adam is proud to serve the community where his own family has grown and created lasting memories.
