Verany brings over 20 years of experience in early childhood education, with a strong foundation built from classroom roles to leading centers with care and expertise. She holds anAssociate’s Degree in Early Childhood Development and is deeply passionate about creating developmentally appropriate, meaningful learning experiences for young children. Her leadership style is warm, supportive, and family-centered, helping ensure that every child feels safe, valued, and encouraged to grow. Born in Bolivia and raised in Northern Virginia, Verany relocated to Pennsylvania with her fiancé and their golden retriever, Luna. Before joining us, she served as the Director of another Kiddie Academy in Virginia, where she embraced the values and high-quality standards that define the Kiddie Academy experience. She is excited to bring that same dedication to Kiddie Academy of Downingtown, partnering with families and empowering teachers to create a positive, nurturing, and inspiring environment for all children in our care.
