Always very friendly and helpful. Takes the time to answer my questions even if they are busy. I love that the staff do crafts with my infant's even if they can't do them by themselves yet. And the staff is always very considerate and comforting to my toddler who struggles when I leave. It makes me feel less anxious to leave her so upset when I know the staff will soothe and distract her. - Heather M. on 11/05/2012

I like the detailed daily reports and the staff. - Christy D. on 10/05/2012
