Ms. Alyssa

Center Administrative Team

Ms. Alyssa is a dedicated member of our team, bringing her passion for early childhood education to both staff and students. She has worked with children since 2014, starting in after-school programs and summer camps. Over the years, she advanced from Teacher’s Assistant in Pre-K to Lead Teacher, and for the past two years, has served as Assistant Director and Head Teacher while continuing to lead Pre-K. Ms. Alyssa finds joy in watching children grow, develop new skills, and reach milestones—all while having fun. Her goal is to foster a supportive, nurturing environment for children, families, and staff. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, DIY projects, camping, and spending time with her 2 1/2-year-old daughter, Payton. Ms. Alyssa holds a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Ramapo College and is CPR and First Aid certified. Ms. Takiya

Center Administrative Team

We are thrilled to have Ms. Takiya as our Assistant Director at Kiddie Academy of Fair Lawn! With over 12 years of childcare experience, Ms. Takiya is passionate about helping children grow and reach their developmental milestones. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in childhood and adolescent development, providing her with the skills to support the unique needs of every child. Her extensive background includes working with all age groups, from infants to young teens. Over the years, Ms. Takiya has excelled as a Teacher Assistant, Lead Teacher, Head Teacher, and Assistant Director, bringing a well-rounded perspective and strong leadership to her role.Her dedication to fostering a safe, nurturing, and inspiring environment aligns perfectly with our mission. Her warmth, expertise, and hands-on approach make her an invaluable addition to our tea. Ms. Seema

Center Administrative Team

Ms. Seema is our valued member of the Administrative team, providing essential support to our staff in managing our curriculum. Her journey had already begun with being a mother of two little ones, as she continued to explore various early childhood education and development philosophies to equip herself with the effective tools and techniques to not only nourish the kids but also nurture their curiosity as they continued to learn and grow. With that knowledge and experience coupled with her academic and professional achievements in teaching as well as administering the academic program(s), she first joined Kiddie Academy of Fair Lawn as an infant teacher and has now taken on administrative responsibilities. Having led the classroom as a teacher/staff gives her a well-rounded perspective on ensuring the well-being of little ones while supporting our teachers/staff and coordinating/communicating with parents in order to fulfill our mission of providing exceptional care as well as quality education. In her rare moments of leisure, she loves to read, listen to music and play with her kids.
