Ms. Taina

Center Administrative Team

Ms. Taína has been working with children since 2020 and brings experience as a paraprofessional, assistant teacher, and lead preschool teacher. She has supported children from infancy through early elementary years, focusing on creating a nurturing, engaging environment where children feel encouraged to learn and grow.    She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Felician University and has completed coursework in early childhood education. Ms. Taína is also a proud mother to her son, Kaelix. In her free time, she enjoys reading, creating personalized stories, nature walks, and photography. Her long-term goal is to become a director and eventually open her own school. She believes, “You don’t have to be perfect; you just have to keep going.”

Ms. Alyssa

Center Administrative Team

Ms. Alyssa is a dedicated member of our team, bringing her passion for early childhood education to both staff and students. She has worked with children since 2014, starting in after-school programs and summer camps. Over the years, she advanced from Teacher’s Assistant in Pre-K to Lead Teacher, and for the past two years, has served as Assistant Director and Head Teacher while continuing to lead Pre-K. Ms. Alyssa finds joy in watching children grow, develop new skills, and reach milestones—all while having fun. Her goal is to foster a supportive, nurturing environment for children, families, and staff. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, DIY projects, camping, and spending time with her 3-year-old daughter, Payton. Ms. Alyssa holds a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Ramapo College and is CPR and First Aid certified. Her favorite quote is, “Nobody can make you feel inferior without your consent.” – Eleanor Roosevelt.

Ms. Najiba

Center Administrative Team

Ms. Najiba joins us with great enthusiasm and a desire to make a positive difference in the lives of young children. She began her journey at Kiddie Academy as an Assistant Teacher and is now part of our Main Office team as an Administrative Assistant. With a passion for learning and creativity, she enjoys reading, playing tennis, arts and crafts, and running — interests she hopes to use to help create enriching experiences for our children.   A proud graduate of Passaic County Technical Institute (June 2024) with a Marketing certification, she was also the champion of the William Paterson University RBI High School Sales Competition in 2023. Currently pursuing a Criminal Justice degree at Rutgers University, Ms. Najiba aspires to become an FBI agent and is a wonderful addition to our team!
