I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from Western Governors University and am committed to fostering a nurturing, inclusive, and academically enriching environment where every child can thrive.As the Director of a childcare center, I am passionate about creating a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment where children can thrive and educators feel supported. I oversee all aspects of center operations, including staff development, curriculum implementation, family engagement, admissions, and compliance with state regulations. My leadership style focuses on collaboration, consistency, and a deep commitment to high-quality early learning.Before stepping into the Director role, I served as Assistant Director, where I helped build and mentor a strong team of educators, managed center finances, supported enrollment growth, and developed strong partnerships with families and the community.My background also includes several years as a Lead Pre-K Teacher.
