  Hi! I’m Grace Sciretta, and I’ve been a proud part of the Kiddie Academy of Floral Park community since 2021. I started as a teacher while earning my Master’s degree in Social Work, which included fieldwork as a child & family therapist at North Shore Child & Family Guidance Center in the maternal mental health program, a non-profit focused on strengthening the emotional well-being of children and families. My education and experience have helped me build strong connections between families, students, and our educators, creating a safe and nurturing space where every child can thrive. I’m excited to continue supporting our children and families in any way I can!

Hi! I am Rachel Elias, a member of the Kiddie Academy Team since 2017 and the Kiddie Academy of Floral Park Director since 2020. With a master's Degree in Education and years of experience in children's programs, I bring knowledge and passion to my role. I love seeing children grow and thrive at Kiddie Academy. My educational background and experience have equipped me to create engaging and nurturing environments that foster curiosity and learning. I prioritize building strong relationships with families and staying informed about the latest research and best practices in early childhood education. I believe in tailoring our approach to meet the unique needs of each child and instilling a love for learning through a holistic and personalized approach. At Kiddie Academy, we have become a trusted institution for families seeking top-notch care and education. I am dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of children and their families every day.
