Danielle Bentivegna, Academy Director

Danielle has been in childcare for the past 18 years and has served as a Teacher, Program Specialist, Assistant Director and Director. Danielle has her B.A. in Elementary Education with a concentration in Science from Southern Illinois University and spent time teaching in the public school system for a few years before coming back to Early Childhood Education full time. Beginning at a young age, she always knew she wanted to be an educator and work with children. She volunteered during her recess time in the primary classrooms when she was in elementary school and began babysitting at the age of 14. That love of helping to nurture children is what brought her to Kiddie Academy. Danielle lives in Lindenhurst, Illinois with her husband of 14 years and 2 children: Isabella (12) and Jackson (2). When she is not at the academy, she loves spending time with her family and crafting. “I am excited to have the opportunity to share my passion and enthusiasm of learning. I love watching the children develop new skills each day. I am here to help support your children and love them as my own. I look forward to getting to know you and your family.
