Outside of work, Tiana is a proud dog mom to three dogs and enjoys spending time with them. She also loves shopping and discovering unique finds. Hi, I'm Ms. Miranda! I am a dedicated childcare professional with over 7 years of teaching experience and nearly 3 years in an administrative role. I am passionate about supporting children's growth and creating nurturing, structured environments where they feel safe, supported, and able to thrive. My experience in both classroom and leadership roles has given me a strong understanding of early childhood education and how to best support children, families, and staff. As a proud mother of three, I also understand the importance of patience, communication, and building strong relationships with families. Outside of work, I enjoy reading and spending time outdoors. My personal and professional experiences continue to inspire me to make a positive impact and provide high-quality care and support for the children and families I serve.
