Kiddie Academy of Hamilton

Kathy and Pam have been part of the Kiddie Academy family for the last 16 years.  Prior to opening their first school in Upper Freehold, Kathy and Pam achieved much success as they climbed the corporate ladder at Merrill Lynch but often struggled to find balance between their professional and family lives.  Recognizing the needs of today’s working families, they decided to leave their careers behind to provide a childcare customer experience that  is second to none and create a place where moms can feel great about leaving their children. Kathy and Pam are proud to bring their strong leadership and business skills along with their passion for educational excellence to their Hamilton school. Consistently recognized by the franchise system for outstanding performance, Pam and Kathy have received numerous awards for curriculum, customer service, leadership, innovation and technology and were recognized with the Franchisee of the Year Award at our national conference. Both Pam and Kathy are also recipients of the prestigious President's Circle Award.
