Hello, my name is Nicole Worman, Director of Kiddie Academy of Harleysville. I live in Hatfield with my husband, Chris, and teenage daughter, Brynn. I have been in the Early Childhood Education field since 2003 when I graduated from Temple University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education with a focus in Early Childhood Education. I focused my career on Early Childhood Education because of the excitement for learning at this young age. I love to see a Toddler get excited over seeing a baby cow at the farm or a pre schooler build a castle out of blocks for the first time. Teachers who teach children of this young age have such a responsibility to inspire and motivate these learners as this is their first step into a lifetime of academic and social learning. The lessons we learn when we are young carry on as we grow and mature. As the director, I have the privilege to interact and observe all of the children at our school. I have been at Kiddie Academy of Harleysville since 2010 when we opened. I am able to see many of them grow and develop from infancy through preschool. As director I have a responsibility to create a safe, nurturing and loving environment for each child. One of my favorite things to do is visit each classroom and talk to each child about their day and to observe them learning and discovering. I look forward in working with each of you as your little one’s start the first steps of their educational journey with us.
