As we head into the warmer months, we are excited for all the fun activities, special events, and updates happening around our academy! Please take a moment to review the important information below.
Picture Days – May 20–22
We are excited to announce that we will be using a new photography company this year, Jelly Jar Photography! Picture Days will take place over three days, May 20–22.
Additional information regarding schedules, ordering, and classroom photo days will be sent out soon.
Food & Personal Care Donation Drive
During the week of May 25th, we will be collecting food and personal care items to donate to the Keystone Opportunity Center.
This organization supports local families experiencing food insecurity, and we are proud to give back to our community together. Thank you in advance for your generosity and support!
Classroom Renovations
Our classroom wall renovations are officially underway, and we are about halfway complete!
White paneling is being added to each classroom to create a clean, refreshed environment for learning displays and classroom activities. We appreciate your patience and support as we continue improving our academy spaces.
Sunscreen Reminder
If you have not already done so, please send in:
- A labeled bottle of non-aerosol sunscreen
- A signed permission form
Teachers will apply sunscreen before outdoor play.
Extra Clothes Reminder
As temperatures continue to warm up, please make sure your child has weather-appropriate clothing in their cubby, including an extra change of clothes if needed.
Vacation & Summer Absence Planning
As summer approaches, please notify us in advance if your child will be out for vacation or extended absences. This helps our teachers plan classroom activities and staffing accordingly.
Memorial Day Closing
Please note that the academy will be closed on Monday, May 25th in observance of the Memorial Day holiday.
