“It is a safe and clean environment. The teachers are caring. I appreciate the activities and enrichment opportunities my child receives. I appreciate the opportunities to engage families (e.g., story time live, picnic). Although I don't often have lots of opportunities to check, the webcam helps me to feel connected to my child and reassures me that he is being cared for throughout the day. I like when I receive pictures during the day and wish I received them more often. I like when the teacher writes notes and provides a picture from the activity. I also wish I received these daily. “The facility is clean and organized. All of the teachers are professional and caring with all of the children. I love the organization. My daughter can come into school and bring in her toy from home as her comfort item, and there are no concerns of the staff and they allow her to hold on to her toy until she is comfortable. They also engage the children in play. Also, they email a daily summary with pictures of the daily activities, which I absolutely love being able to see!”
